JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Compliance responsibilities:
  • To give accurate and timely counsel to the management and relevant business lines in a variety of compliance topics;
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory and Amundi Group’s reporting standards/requirements;
  • To participate in communications and negotiations with external parties (regulators, state authority etc.);
  • To ensure that the Company’s activities are adhered to various compliance and regulatory requirements as well as relevant internal compliance standards of the Company and the Amundi / Crédit Agricole group;
  • To provide compliance clarifications and to assist in structuring new services and business activities, to participate in cross-functional projects;
  • To spread Compliance awareness and culture within the Company’s employees;  
  • Acts as a Financial security officer on AML/CTF and International sanctions officer, all duties are regulated in accordance with both local legislation and Group’s procedural corpus.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk or a related filed (Master`s degree is a plus).

Work experience:

  • Minimum 2-year experience as a Compliance or Risk specialist or a similar role.  

Professional and behavioural skills:

  • AML/CFT legislation knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of legal requirements and standards related to the industry.
  • Excellent analytic skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical applications.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn new things, constantly learn various materials․
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in compliance management tools and software is a plus.

Other skills (languages and other skills)

  • At least B2 level in English (written and verbal),
  • Knowledge of French will be an asset.
