Pension Funds Reach Another Record High Results
  • Amundi-Acba pension funds have set a new record in Armenia’s funded pension system.
  • The net assets of the funds have exceeded AMD 800 billion reaching approximately AMD 827.5 billion*.
  • The income generated through management since the funds’ inception* amounted to more than AMD 222.7 billion, or 26.9%*.
  • The number of participants who have joined the Balanced, Conservative, and Fixed Income pension funds managed by Amundi-Acba is 574,177 representing more than 55% of the system.


This achievement reaffirms Amundi-Acba’s position as a trusted and expert partner. Remaining true to its mission, the Company consistently implements its investment strategy at an acceptable level of risk, aimed at sustainable and long-term performance.


Fund investments


The funds are diversified across various asset classes and regions, including both indirect and direct investments.


As of the end of May, 64.6% of the funds (AMD 534.4 billion) are invested in Armenia, particularly in Armenian government bonds, equities, bank deposits, corporate bonds, a private equity fund, and money market instruments.


Foreign investments are made across various regional markets, including North America, the Eurozone, the EU excluding the Eurozone, emerging markets, Asian countries, and others. Overall, 35.4% of the funds consist of foreign investments, which mainly include foreign equities and equity funds (26.9%), bonds and debt funds (6.9%).
